Verzendbeleid

We work with our preferred forwarders, which are:

Parcels: PostNL for shipments in The Netherlands or Belgium, FedEx Internationally.

Pallets: Vos Logistics for shipments in The Netherlands or Belgium or beyond. 

Our shipments are always Ex-Works (EXW), meaning that the entire transport, insurance, taxes and administrative costs & risks are eligible for the receiver. If you paid for transport we will use our preferred forwarders.

If you prefer to use your own forwarder we're willing to work with them, but you cannot order through our website. Please reach out to us at sales@sensiblue.com and we will make you a quotation based on your preferred forwarder.
